Maybe you could post the image, or something similar with the question? Based on the written description I don't understand what you have, or what you need.
My best guess at understanding would have me suggest using the Perspective Crop tool in Photoshop. It can help correct some perspective issues.

I'm trying to go from something like this mosquito bomber in 3D to 2D plans like the F16. So I'm trying to convert a 3D model into a 2D one. Although my parts aren't as extremely angled as the mosquito. Mosquito would be quite difficult to reproduce I think.

Step 1 will be to make an accurate 3D model of the Mosquito.
Step 2 is making the required section, and detail views to create the 2D drawing(s).
Going directly from an isometric image file as shown, to the 2D drawings as shown is not something which can be done with the press of a button, or even several.
A talented Artist might be able to draw the 2D work "by eye" from the isometric image.
It comes down to the constraints of accuracy, time, talent, and budget.

Ah yep I think I see, yer I think it's not the right tool for the job. My image is definitely more perspective in nature as you described it.
